Job Description



As administrative assistant, you will be in charge of :




  • Ensure the pedagogical, organizational, and administrative management of the childcare center.



  • Supervise, support, and coordinate the pedagogical team.



  • Ensure compliance with Growing Up standards (quality, safety, hygiene).



  • Maintain relationships with families, partners, and supervisory authorities.



  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pedagogical project.



  • Manage planning, admissions, and basic HR-related tasks.



  • Our activities are mainly conducted in English, with Dutch being progressively introduced.
