Job Description
As administrative assistant, you will be in charge of :
Ensure the pedagogical, organizational, and administrative management of the childcare center.
Supervise, support, and coordinate the pedagogical team.
Ensure compliance with Growing Up standards (quality, safety, hygiene).
Maintain relationships with families, partners, and supervisory authorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pedagogical project.
Manage planning, admissions, and basic HR-related tasks.
Our activities are mainly conducted in English, with Dutch being progressively introduced.
