Lylu Wear is hiring an Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) in Monterrey. This role supports daily operations, including order processing and payment coordination. Basic English is required. Duties:
- Process customer orders in internal systems.
- Review payment confirmations and records.
- Update order and customer information.
- Assist with basic administrative documentation.
- Communicate with support and logistics teams.
- Monitor simple reports and data entries.
- Maintain organized digital files.
Skills & Experience:
- Entry-level experience welcome.
- Basic English reading and writing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and email.
