We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant (50%) on behalf of our client, a well-established Family Office based in Switzerland.

About the Role

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Director of the Family Office, ensuring discretion, efficiency, and seamless coordination of daily activities.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and filing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the organisation of professional and personal meetings, events, and logistics.
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the Family Office and provide general administrative support when required.
