Administrative Assistant New Jersey - Onsite 5 days per week Overview Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office and accounting related administrative functions in a professional services environment. This role is based onsite in New Jersey and provides day to day administrative and document support to internal teams. Key Responsibilities Scan, organize, and file accounting documents and records Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner Coordinate check signing and ensure required documentation is complete Process credit card payments accurately and securely Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or office support role Strong attention to detail and organization skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency with basic office systems and document management tools
