We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our Sales & Purchasing Department . The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical and heating equipment distribution industry . This position requires managing large volumes of emails and phone interactions with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily order entry and processing of high-volume sales orders.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors, verify pricing and delivery times, including special pricing.
  • Provide quotes to customers.
  • Manage customer and vendor return processes and follow-ups.
  • Expedite orders and conduct customer and department follow-ups.
  • Purchase parts and generate purchase orders.
  • Update and maintain the CRM database in a timely manner.
