Position Summary CHC seeks an Administrative Assistant to support multiple leaders within the Food & Service Retail team in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and has strong attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple calendars, tasks, email communication, as well as planning and executing travel arrangements regularly. Prepare, submit and track expense reports Prepare documents including correspondence, presentation and report packaging (including graphics, charts and graphs) and spreadsheets Retain current contact lists with business contacts; handle all inbound and outbound department mail, courier and overnight shipping Maintain department documents including scanning, saving and organizing folder structures in accordance with document retention procedures Provide daily support for the team and perform additional tasks and special projects as needed Desired Skills & Experience 5 years of administrative experience supporting management level professionals, representing the department with a polished professional presence and excellent communication skills Significant experience making travel arrangements to coordinate airlines, hotels, and ground transportation Highly proficient in MS Office, including using Outlook to manage multiple calendars and contact lists Intermediate proficiency in Excel with ability to create tables; intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint to produce polished presentations Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus Excellent time management and organization skills including the ability to prioritize, support, and anticipate the needs of several managers with initiative and enthusiasm Extraordinary interpersonal skills; collaborates effectively with internal business groups and external partners Confidential, empathetic and diplomatic in all interactions; demonstrates flexibility and good instincts Please note this role is fully in-office at our Dallas Old Parkland Headquarters Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
