Administrative Assistant Dallas, TX - In Person Hours: M-F, 9-6pm flexible. Assignment Duration: Estimated 5 months Interview Process : 3 rounds - Over Teams and In Person Resource's typical working day: • More Formal office o No dress code, but customers are in suits. • Professional greeting • Support principals at highest level • Calendar support • Coordinator meetings internal/external • Day-to-day operations support and Ad hoc needs • Greeting, conference rooms, lunches for meetings/events • Notarizing documents (preferred) • Sending docs through docusign • Liaison between team and building • High volume experience • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. Years of Experience needed: 5 years Professional Office Environment preferred Level of Education: HS Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft office, Zoom exp Certifications/Licenses: Notary preferred, not required Top Must have Skills: Willingness to help, Experience assisting multiple C-Level Executives Top Nice to have Skills: Intuitive, personable
