Responsibilities
- Maintain computer and manual filing system of General Services Department.
- Receive and request a correspondence from other department.
- Provide information by answering question and request.
- Prepare monthly reports to General Services Manager.
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
- Maintain up to date records of vehicle fleet and IT assets.
- Coordinates with suppliers and service providers for any defective/ requirements for office furniture and fixtures, computers, mobile phones, IT services.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Junior Manager.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business, Administration, Management, Secretarial or Office Administration.
- Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in management / office clerical work.
