Responsibilities

  • Maintain computer and manual filing system of General Services Department.
  • Receive and request a correspondence from other department.
  • Provide information by answering question and request.
  • Prepare monthly reports to General Services Manager.
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
  • Maintain up to date records of vehicle fleet and IT assets.
  • Coordinates with suppliers and service providers for any defective/ requirements for office furniture and fixtures, computers, mobile phones, IT services.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by Junior Manager.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business, Administration, Management, Secretarial or Office Administration.
  • Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in management / office clerical work.
