Coco-Riki is a leading company in the retail and wholesale charcoal sector in Lebanon, recognized for high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant to join our growing team.
🧩 Position Summary:
The role supports both HR and general administrative operations. It requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks professionally and confidentially.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the HR and administrative departments
Maintain employee records, documents, and files
Assist in the recruitment process (interviews, CV collection, etc.)
Draft internal memos, reports, and correspondence
Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative communication
Handle confidential HR information with discretion
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
1–2 years of experience in administration or HR support
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
