Job Description

The work force of TEMG is categorized into two groups; the Unionized and Non-unionized. The Unionized staff are represented by a local union (GTPCWU) with an affiliation with the T.U.C and the mainstay of the Union–Management relationship is the Collective Agreement (CA). There is a generally harmonious industrial environment, albeit with a few disagreements on pertinent issues from time to time. The Non-unionized staff are covered by a Management Terms and Condition of Service.
