Job Description
Supports and contributes to positive provider relationships by handling routine provider service inquiries and problems regarding policies and procedures, plan design, credentialing process or status, and claims or compensation process or status. Assists managers in the maintenance of contract or demographic data.
Duties
Contract retention and maintenance for the entire CCU organization
Contract Project fulfillment that may involve our new vendor Luminance or internal projects requiring the team to supply specific contracts based on provided criteria/justification
Contract Audits-Subpoenas, DOI, internal audits, state audits, Medicare Audits, plan sponsor/vendor audits. Audits submitted via an excel spreadsheet that involve claim data, will be used to supply specific Agreements.
