**What You Can Expect**



As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the priorities for the region by providing efficient and effective executive-level support, to drive forward key work actions and priorities.

You will be a key driver on strategic initiatives and help amplify the message of the QA and RA leadership team, both externally and internally. This includes, but is not limited to, partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver programs and projects which enable the organization to operate as a cohesive, integrated team.

The position includes providing administrative support to executive level management, working on internal communications and strategy planning, and managing internal activities.



**How You'll Create Impact**



Strategy

• Work closely cross-functionally to support the EMEA QA and RA leadership team .

• Ensure documentation of goals and performance measures are established in support company priorities, regularly reviewing metrics and feeding back to leadership team.

• Research best practice to support, develop and enhance the organization’s performance and knowledge.

Communications

• Drafting all internal communications and liaising with communications group in EMEA commercial and corporate communications.

• Manage, review and develop the internal communication streams, and work with Corporate Communications to ensure initiatives are launched effectively.

• Manage all correspondence, make informed decisions on subject matter, provide options and recommendations where appropriate, and ensure information is communicated and actioned.

Engagement

• Develop and run team member in-person focus groups, engagement surveys and training.

• Lead on planning and designing internal events and corporate celebrations.

• Support the European Works Council, as required.

• Partner with HR on ongoing organizational change initiative

Administration

• Manage the organization’s business cadence meetings and operational excellence model.

• Prepare correspondence, speakers notes, meeting minutes and presentation materials.

• Draft itineraries, book travel and manage expenses for the QA and RA leadership team, and assist with the travel arrangements for visiting executive leaders.

You are able to work independently and handle stressful situations with a strong work ethic and a high level of energy.



Ideally you are an expert user in key business software applications; along with the demonstrated ability to disseminate that knowledge to other team members. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and the ability to learn new software applications.



**Your Background**



You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or in a related field.

You demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development.
