Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our sales and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong Microsoft Office skills, and be comfortable using ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:

•Prepare sales orders and invoices

• Create purchase orders and receive goods

• Enter and update data on ERP system

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with ERP systems

• Fast learner and organized

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing processes

• Familiarity with sales workflows

• Team player with a proactive attitude
