Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vehicle travel routes using the GPS tracking system
• Identify irregularities or issues in vehicle movements and report them promptly
• Communicate with drivers to address operational questions or concerns
• Assist in resolving driver-reported issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update trip-related records such as Delivery Orders (DOs)
• Provide general support to fleet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel regarding needed supports and daily trip routes to verify schedule changes and irregularities of the movement
• Monitor and address problematic trips, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Report operational issues to the relevant departments and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Assist in handling and processing claims when required
