Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties which include attending to all incoming phone calls and emails
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as maintain database, filing, scanning and photocopying
Manage the inventory for stationery, pantry supplies, uniforms, chemical and PPE. Place order when necessary
Ensure clean and tidy of front desk area, conference room and storeroom
Responsible in company vehicles, include servicing and inspection arrangement, road tax, insurance, COE and etc
To provide management on company vehicles movement report by software whenever required
Provide support in general office administration.
Preparing service reports for monthly submission.
Assist in prepare quotation.
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Meticulous, highly motivated and well organized
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
