Salary - up to ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day billing and accounting activities
  • Coordinate with distributors and the sales team to support daily sales transactions
  • Manage general office administration tasks
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and travel/expense claims
  • Conduct periodic field audits of freezers placed in the market
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for routine operational requirements
  • Support documentation for onboarding and exit processes
  • Prepare and maintain monthly accounts and MIS reports


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts and/or administration
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
