Job Description

PURPOSE:

Responsible to provide support at the reception and with administrative duties for Operations and Finance Teams.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Address a diverse group of callers and external visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Act as liaison with other departments and external agencies
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences obtain supplies for the office, and direct general e-mails
  • Manager routine correspondence and collect confidential information, such as official documents
  • Perform tasks such as maintaining financial records, collections, billing, withdrawal payments, petty cash management, purchase orders
  • Coordinate office expenses, such as rent, maintenance, and utilities
  • Register incidents (tickets) for preventive and corrective maintenance at our portfolio (sites).
