Key Responsibilities:
Manage office and kitchen supplies (stock monitoring, unpacking deliveries, organizing shared kitchen space)Welcome guests, handle courier deliveries and distribute mailProvide admin support to employees (basic tech help, travel accounts, vendors accounts, navigating internal systems)Assist with meeting and event setup (e.g. Town Halls, workshops, Christmas Party)Coordinate basic office maintenance and vendor communicationMaintain internal platforms (SharePoint updates, document organization)Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace Key Requirements:
