KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive & Administrative Support
    • Manage the Co-Owner’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
    • Prepare reminders for deadlines, deliveries, and payments
    • Draft letters, memos, emails, and internal communications
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files (contracts, permits, supplier records)
    • Coordinate travel, errands, and personal business matters as needed
  • Restaurant Operations Coordination
    • Liaise between management, kitchen, and service teams
    • Track daily operational concerns and escalate urgent matters
    • Monitor branch maintenance requests and follow-ups
    • Assist in scheduling staff meetings and trainings
    • Help consolidate daily sales and operations reports
