KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Co-Owner’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
- Prepare reminders for deadlines, deliveries, and payments
- Draft letters, memos, emails, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files (contracts, permits, supplier records)
- Coordinate travel, errands, and personal business matters as needed
- Restaurant Operations Coordination
- Liaise between management, kitchen, and service teams
- Track daily operational concerns and escalate urgent matters
- Monitor branch maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Assist in scheduling staff meetings and trainings
- Help consolidate daily sales and operations reports
