  • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling utility billings and coordinating with contractors for scheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and air‑conditioning cleaning activities in managed condominium units.
  • Graduate of any four‑year business related course
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in building administration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors
  • Basic knowledge of technical terms in electrical, plumbing, and architectural work
