Your Role

As an AU Admin Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Open files
  • Close files
  • Data entry for sold contracts
  • Following up deposits
  • Order certificates
  • Obtaining rates updates following up if properties have sold
  • Other adhoc duties

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience; training will be provided
  • Australian (AU) experience is preferred but not required
  • A background in Real Estate or Property Management is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
