Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Required:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
