- Calculation of Pre-Payroll and employee incidents
- Coordination of visitor preparation activities
- Weekly invoicing review
- Plant reception and front-desk duties
- Local MRO purchases
- Management of Petty Cash and Corporate Purchasing Card
- Assistance with travel requests when neededExperiência y requisitos
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
** Experience**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Experience managing pre-payroll calculations, petty cash, and local purchasing processes.
