Job Responsibilities :

  • Process purchase orders and handle invoice distribution via email, mail, and portal entry.
  • Review, update, and send compliance documents; manage document scanning, filing, and organization.
  • Support calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, and lunch orders.
  • Assist with contract administration, data entry, report generation, and tracking updates.
  • Use AIA software for contract creation, system maintenance, and enhancement tasks.
  • Contribute to facility projects and action items from the Tools Committee.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Industry experience is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma required; a degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do mindset.
