Job Responsibilities :
Process purchase orders and handle invoice distribution via email, mail, and portal entry. Review, update, and send compliance documents; manage document scanning, filing, and organization. Support calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, and lunch orders. Assist with contract administration, data entry, report generation, and tracking updates. Use AIA software for contract creation, system maintenance, and enhancement tasks. Contribute to facility projects and action items from the Tools Committee. Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Industry experience is highly desirable. High school diploma required; a degree is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do mindset. ...
