**Job Responsabilities**
- Answers the phone, schedules meetings, and helps visitors as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Performs administrative tasks such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
- Fulfills operational requirements by allocating administrative projects, scheduling them, and accelerating work output.
- Arranges travel for senior staff members, including making hotel reservations, automobiles, and restaurants.
