Our client in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a Temporary-to-Permanent position. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM. They are paying $22–$28/hour, depending on experience.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document organization
  • Provide support to office staff as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic files
  • Assist with general office duties including faxing, scheduling, and recordkeeping
  • Support daily workflow and office coordination
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Service Trade software is a plus
  • Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience preferred; experience in a small contractor office is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Strong filing skills and attention to detail
