Our client in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a Temporary-to-Permanent position. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM. They are paying $22–$28/hour, depending on experience.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct incoming phone callsPerform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document organizationProvide support to office staff as neededUtilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasksMaintain organized physical and electronic filesAssist with general office duties including faxing, scheduling, and recordkeepingSupport daily workflow and office coordinationExperience with QuickBooks or Service Trade software is a plusQualifications:
Prior administrative experience preferred; experience in a small contractor office is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyStrong filing skills and attention to detail
