The great things you’ll do:

  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Spinden, Uniformen und Schuhen für Mitarbeiter

  • Qualitäts und Hygienesicherung der Mitarbeiter

  • Monatliche Urlaubsanträge, Jobtickets, Krankmeldungen

  • Dokumentationen auf eHR, Stellenanforderung und Vertrags Generationen

  • Mitarbeiterdaten vor Ort halten

  • Verwaltung der internen Zeiterfassung und Überstunden Meldung 

  • Genehmigung von Überstunden und Minusstunden aller Mitarbeiter in Rücksprache mit dem General Manager und Executive Head Chef

  • Besorgung von Unterlagen und Zusatzanforderungen für Mitarbeiter, die neu eintreten 

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung des lokalen HR-Projekts mit dem HR-Koordinator

  • Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern 

  • Unterstützung des Operationalen Teams nach Anforderungen des General Manager

    • What we look for in the perfect candidate:

  • Fähigkeiten und Systemkenntnisse Kenntnisse von Google Suite Programmen

  • Wünschenswerte Erfahrung und Qualifikationen 1 Jahr in administrativer oder ähnlicher Funktion Qualifikation in Administration

  • Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich & mündlich)

  • Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
