a. Education

High School Graduate; College Level Undergraduate: Preferrably Secretarial

b. Training and Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel;

Organization Skills; preferably with 5S training

Company Orientation

Asker Code of Conduct;

2 years work experience

III. Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

a. Record minutes of meeting

b. Assist in documentation, and record keeping for company support

processes

c. Serve as company liason for company submissions to regulatory bodies,

government offices, and suppliers
