Job Scope & Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management – scheduling all level meetings, work on conflicts conference room booking
• Space coordination- Seating/Location Management for entire team, assignment of seats, internal movements
• Inventory management- Raising Purchase orders, maintaining data sheets of Assets, manage /assigning procurement of goods and services including computer equipment and peripherals and managing WFH shipment tool.
• Team Building Event- Organizing Morale events, purchases of goodies, organizing off sites, training events
• New hire onboarding and off boarding.
• Handling Human Resource tool, Recruiting Tools, Finance Tools
• Exec visits end-to-end management.
• Collation of data for the team t-shirt sizes, Birthdays, addresses, mobile number etc. (providing data to other departments on need basis)
