Job highlights:

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle basic monthly expense tracking and payment processing

  2. Manage daily emails and client communication

  3. Support client servicing: send forms, gifts, and greetings; assist with simple policy matters

  4. Coordinate appointments, reminders, and basic pre-sales support

  5. Assist with simple event logistics and follow-up

  6. Maintain records and help with general admin tasks

  7. Arrange travel bookings and accommodation when required

  8. Perform other ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a Diploma in any field of study. ITE graduates are welcome. Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
