We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be maintaining general office needs in a friendly and timely manner. Helping the Administration Department to implement office standards to streamline our processes. Scheduling and calendaring appointments, booking attorney travel, scheduling office events, ordering office supplies, sorting mail, and facsimiles/scanning and saving documents appropriately. Courier and Notary when needed. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
