Key Responsibilities:
- Covering reception - welcoming visitors, answering calls, email enquiries, handling enquires and providing a warm first point of contact.
- Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks ( filing, scanning, mail )
- General data entry of sales orders and sales invoices.
- Accounts receivable assistance, processing payments.
