Job Description

Salary:
$900 - $1,200 USD (Monthly) + Paid Time Off

This role supports daily property management operations by troubleshooting applications, managing support tickets, and coordinating cleaning and landscaping jobs. You'll serve as the main dispatcher for field crews and ensure all tasks are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot application issues that the PMC team cannot resolve.
  • Answer incoming applicant calls and provide support for technical questions or issues.
  • Initiate application refunds as needed and respond to or dispute refund requests.
  • Manage and resolve tickets through Zendesk.
