How You Will Contribute:

  • Review of processed onboarding BDA (Basic Deposit Account) applications
  • Monitor customer onboarding accounts
  • Provide support to other Operations officers like completing needed
  • eKYC documents for Compliance and Fraud Risk perusal
  • Provide assistance to customers via email or other communication channels
  • Answer customer inquiries, address their concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally

What Will Make You Successful:

  • College graduate of relevant course (Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, others)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Can commit to a fixed-term employment
