How You Will Contribute:
- Review of processed onboarding BDA (Basic Deposit Account) applications
- Monitor customer onboarding accounts
- Provide support to other Operations officers like completing needed
- eKYC documents for Compliance and Fraud Risk perusal
- Provide assistance to customers via email or other communication channels
- Answer customer inquiries, address their concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
What Will Make You Successful:
- College graduate of relevant course (Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, others)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Can commit to a fixed-term employment
