The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various administrative functions and will support Project Managers in project coordination. This position is available in the Sherbrooke, Laval, Montréal, Longueuil, or Québec City offices. The selected candidate may work in a hybrid mode.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project and engineering teams for the preparation, review, and formatting of presentations, spreadsheets, reports, service proposals, contracts, and other documents in French and English, as required
- Carry out various tasks for project teams (document management, filing, archiving, standards management, purchase orders, invoicing, change order tracking, project and proposal setup, contract and deliverable tracking, procurement, conference registrations, training registrations, vehicle/accommodation/flight bookings, etc.) while complying with the firm’s quality assurance proced...
