Reporting to the Faculty Administrator, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in fueling the dynamic operations of the Faculty of Arts with essential administrative support.

Administrative & Reception Support
  • Provide general admin support for faculty operations.

  • Handle reception duties: phone, email, in-person inquiries.

  • Sort and distribute departmental mail.
  • Budget & Financial Management
  • Assist in budget planning and maintain records using FAST.

  • Monitor, reconcile accounts; prepare and interpret financial reports.

  • Process payments, purchase requisitions, procurement card reconciliations.

  • Complete payroll entries, appointment letters, timecard follow-up.
