Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Vice President (AVP), including calendar management; travel, meeting, and event coordination; visitor reception; and receiving, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.

  • Retrieve, compile, and analyze data from the GES information ecosystem to prepare accurate and confidential reports for the Executive Team, Board of Trustees, and other stakeholders, as assigned.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating departmental meetings and provide administrative support for the AVP’s participation in IMB meetings.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including handouts, surveys, presentations, and related documents for the Executive Team and the GES subcommittee of the Board of Trustees.
