Private real estate firm in San Diego, CA (Carmel Valley area) is looking for a polite and discreet Administrative Assistant who is sensitive and caring but firm with co-workers, investors, clients and vendors to support an extremely busy Executive. In this administrative role you will need to do your absolute best to complete the task at hand and “stay late” to get the job done if warranted.

What you will need to succeed:

1. Savvy with managing calendars.

2. Great at writing letters.

3. Efficient at coordinating and managing events, travel including flights, hotels and transportation.

4. Must have a good working knowledge of current technology, be creative and able to create power points, invitations, spreadsheets and various other marketing materials.
