Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Assist the manager in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports on operations and personnel changes. Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations using company software. Provide input for designing processes to enhance workflow and operational efficiency. Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external teams regarding administrative issues. Organize and maintain electronic files and manage communication within the team. Schedule and coordinate team events and meetings. Perform basic research and minimal project management to support manager directives. Experience Required Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a manager and team. Proven experience in working with vendors for project management. Prior experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) is highly desirable. Skills & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive, self-reliant, and independent with strong attention to detail. Basic project management and research abilities. Eligibilities & qualifications Associate's Degree (AA), or Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in administrative roles. Demonstrated expertise in supporting managers and teams with administrative tasks.
