Key Responsibilities



Handle phone calls, walk‑in enquiries, emails, and Zoom reception.

Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, repairs, and coordination with suppliers.

Assist with documentation, research, data entry, and file management.

Support event preparation, onsite assistance, and post-event tasks.

Encode student leads; assist with applications, visa processing, and invoicing.

Support Accounts in petty cash, claims, procurement, contracts, and government requirements.

Assist HR with administrative tasks and coordination with personnel.





✔ Qualifications



1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or administrative support.

Familiarity with school application systems, visa processing, and leads management tools.

Strong attention to detail, research skills, and decision‑making ability.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital platforms.
