Administrative Assistant
to support the operational and administrative management of its clients. This position is designed for organized individuals with strong communication skills and adaptability, who can provide effective and professional on-site support.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
- Conducting follow-ups on processes as required.
- Managing and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate and organized data.
- Performing data entry and data validation to support reporting and operational processes.
- Supporting data tracking and visualization tasks using Power BI.
- Managing sensitive documentation with discretion.
- Performing various other administrative tasks as needed.
