We are seeking a **Bilingual Construction Operations Manager** to oversee and optimize our internal administrative processes, manage office employees, and drive company growth by mastering our internal operating systems. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving workflow efficiency, and providing leadership to our office staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Learn, implement, and optimize our internal operating systems to improve efficiency.
- Take full ownership of administrative tasks, including payroll, invoicing, permitting, and data entry into our CRM.
