Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and databases (hard copy or soft copy) to ensure information is readily available.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.
  • To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administrative Management, Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
