Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior leader
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and large group sessions
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Proactively and independently support recurring meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up actions
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
  • Collect data, conduct basic research as required, and establish and maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support day‑to‑day operational activities and complete ad‑hoc assignments as needed
