Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior leader Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and large group sessions Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination Proactively and independently support recurring meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up actions Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics Collect data, conduct basic research as required, and establish and maintain accurate records and filing systems Support day‑to‑day operational activities and complete ad‑hoc assignments as needed
