**Job Summary**

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior leader
+ Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and large group sessions
+ Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
+ Proactively and independently support recurring meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up actions
+ Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
+ Collect data, conduct basic research as required, and establish and maintain accurate records and filing systems
+ Support day‑to‑day operational activities and complete ad‑hoc assignments as needed
