To provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams by handling documentation, coordination, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth daily project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and upload all required claim documents, including site-specific records and photographs, to the designated shared drive for easy access and reference.

  • Maintain an organised filing and documentation system by categorising records by project and individual work order, with proper labelling.

  • Verify that daily claim photos submitted by site teams meet required submission standards and project requirements.

  • Communicate feedback on non-compliant or missing site photos to relevant teams and follow up to ensure timely rectification.

  • Liaise with supervisors or project leads when photo-related issues remain unresolved or repeatedly non-compliant.
