Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone or via email, assisting with product selection, order details, and delivery information.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details such as quantities, styles, and delivery times are confirmed.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of tile products, including sizes, finishes, and available stock, to provide expert advice to customers.
Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, upsell additional items where appropriate.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system, ensuring all order details are properly logged and tracked.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
