This position provides administrative support to the Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC) under the direction of the KBR Office Manager. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the assigned staff on the TSSC contract. This position requires excellent communication skills and high level of confidentiality; applies basic fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to current work following USGS and KBR policies and procedures. General office duties are completed with professionalism and tact.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidential information
  • Provide Administrative support to project meetings by starting Teams, taking notes and updating project software tools
  • Preparing/arranging travel (domestic and international), securing approvals, visas, country clearance, travel vouchers and reimbursements
