Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include assisting executive-level personnel, handling clerical duties, and ensuring efficient office operations through organizational planning and task prioritization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative tools
  • Experience in providing support to senior management is a plus
