This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include assisting executive-level personnel, handling clerical duties, and ensuring efficient office operations through organizational planning and task prioritization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to efficiently manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative tools
- Experience in providing support to senior management is a plus
