This part time position will report to the ANZ Environmental, Health and Safety Manager.
Job Description- Provide administrative support to the HSE team and broader department.
- Manage and organise documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.
- Support the team in creating and updating health, safety, and environmental reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Handle general office duties, including correspondence and filing.
- Respond to queries and provide information to support team members.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
